Weโre looking for a Sales Representative whoโs not afraid to get out in the field, meet with customers, and help them choose the best solution for their property.

Sales Representative
What Youโll Do:
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, and businesses to discuss their needs.
- Visit job sites, take measurements, and put together accurate quotes.
- Explain various options in a way that customers can easily understand.
- Follow up with leads, close sales, and keep track of projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with our installation crews to make sure jobs run smoothly.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to earn referrals and repeat business.
What Weโre Looking For:
- Sales or customer service experience (construction or fencing background is a big plus).
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking with customers.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to meet sales goals.
- Basic computer skills (email, estimates, CRM).
- Valid driverโs license and reliable transportation.

Fence Installer
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials for fence installation
- Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron fencing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Read and interpret project blueprints, layouts, and instructions
- Ensure job sites are kept safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing fences when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fencing, construction, or related trades preferred (willing to train motivated candidates)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driverโs license
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to safety
